Job Description

Key Responsibility

1. Collaborate closely with the Project

Coordinator (PC) and other staff

1. Computer Skills- MS- OFFICE (Excel, Word, Collaborate with the

Project Coordinator and Extending support to members of the CSC 2.0 for timely

submission of program reports/ data.

2. Compilation of data in prescribed tools/MIS system and generate/prepare the reports/ and submission of same to SR.

3. Ensure validation and tracking of data and share the shortcomings with Project

Coordinators for improvement.

4. Take up any other work assigned by Project Coordinator

Qualification & Experience

Statistics, Economics, Development, Studies, Public Health, or a related field with

2 years relevant experience.

  • About Organization:Bhanwar Jat is the President of the NGO by the name ‘Bhilwara Network for People Living with HIV-AIDS Sansthan’. He is also working as the Project Coordinator of the project ‘Vihaan’ - enhancing hopes for life for HIV-AIDS-affected people. Bhanwar was born and raised in Bhilwara. He holds a bachelor’s degree. Bhanwar shares that until 2008, there were only four ART (Anti-Retroviral Therapy) Centres in the whole of Rajasthan. He says only Jaipur, Bikaner, Jodhpur, and Udaipur had ART Centres. He realized that in Bhilwara, people living with HIV-AIDS had to face a lot of problems. There was no ART center and there were no proper medication facilities in the district. And therefore, to help such people in the district, in 2008, he conceived the NGO - Bhilwara Network for People Living with HIV-AIDS Sansthan.
