Creating Training Materials: Develop presentations, manuals, and resources tailored to the BFSI industry.

Assessing Progress: Conduct tests, role plays, and activities to assess trainees' understanding and skills.

Providing Feedback: Offer constructive feedback and coaching to help learners improve their performance.

Industry Updates: Keep the training program current by staying updated with changes in the BFSI sector, including new products, regulations, and market trends.
