Outreach Workers and ANM

Association for Awareness Development and Human Rights (ADHAR), an NGO working with Migrant and PWID to provide HIV/AIDS/STI Prevention, testing and treatment services. Vacancy of project staff for Targeted Intervention Project (Migrant +PWIDs) in South East districts of Delhi

Post:- Auxiliary Nursing and Midwifery (ANM) (1)

Salary: 12500/- per month

Qualification: ANM degree from any recognized institution

Experience: Minimum 1 year experience with a field level health programme.

Role & Responsibility: The ANM will be responsible for managing providing counselling and communication support to the programme in identifying individual or group behaviour including opportunities or challenges which have implication in HIV/AIDS Programme.

Post:- Outreach Workers (3)

Salary: 10500/- per month

Qualification: 10+2 or Graduate in Social Science/Social work

Experience: Prior work in Health or HIV/AIDS related works

Role & Responsibility: The ORW will be responsible for overall planning of service delivery at the field for behaviour change or service uptake.
