Role Overview:

Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with donors, partners, government agencies, and other stakeholders. Represent the organization at meetings, conferences, and events to promote program initiatives and secure funding opportunities. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for collaboration and leverage resources effectively. Monitoring and Evaluation: Establish robust monitoring and evaluation frameworks to track program outcomes and impact. Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to measure progress against program objectives. Analyze data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform programmatic decision-making. Capacity Building and Training: Provide guidance and support to project staff and partners to ensure effective implementation of program activities.
