Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Manage the overall operations and day-to-day functioning of the old age home.

Prepare and manage donation requests to build relationships with donors.

Oversee the old age home’s social media accounts to raise awareness and engage the community.

Liaise with government officials for official work, documentation, and follow-ups.

Support other NGO projects and initiatives as required.

Qualifications:

Graduate or Postgraduate degree. Preference will be given to candidates with MSW (Master of Social Work) or MA in Sociology.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in the NGO development sector.

Experience in old age home management is desirable.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: ?10,000 - ?12,000 per month.

Accommodation: Outstation candidates are required to reside near the old age home. A residential facility may be provided for suitable candidates (conditional).
