2. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Overview: As a Project Management Executive, you will be responsible for leading and managing key programs, ensuring they are executed on time, within scope, and with maximum efficiency. You will play a pivotal role in developing project plans, tracking progress, driving innovation through technology, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders, including donors and community partners. Your role is vital in ensuring the programs' success and scalability while optimizing processes and maintaining clear communication across all involved parties.


• Develop comprehensive project management plans for the programs, outlining scope, deliverables, and resources.

• Establish and track timelines to ensure the timely execution of programs.

• Design and implement dashboards for monitoring key project metrics and performance indicators.

• Lead process improvements to enhance project efficiency and ensure smooth operational flow.

• Monitor project timelines closely, ensuring adherence to schedules and proactively addressing any delays.

• Foster and maintain strong relationships with donors, partners, and community members to drive program success.

• Identify, build, and maintain strategic partnerships that support the growth and sustainability of projects.

• Lead efforts to scale up projects, expanding their reach and enhancing their impact.

• Oversee regular reporting on project progress and ensure accurate tracking of key milestones and deliverables.

• Drive the implementation of new technology initiatives to improve communication, collaboration, and overall project efficiency.

Accounts Team, MIS Team Social Partners – Such as NGOs, or other organizations working in the Social Sector



2. ROLE REQUIREMENTS

Desired Qualification Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., project management, international development, social sciences).

Desired Experience Proven experience of minimum 3 years in project management within the NGO sector, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget


3. FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

(Knowledge and skills needed for satisfactory performance of the job)

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.

• Knowledge of Microsoft office.


4. BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES

• Strong communication skills

• Quality Interpersonal skills, and ability understand the requirement and provide explanations in detail

• Must maintain clean image, and professional in all approaches.
