Job Description

Training and Skills: Conduct computer training, including keyboard and screen reader software orientation, basic hardware knowledge, system operations, internet browsing, email management, and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Provide problem-solving support for applications and NVDA settings, and conduct phone training on accessible apps and communication tools. Additional responsibilities include assistive devices training, preparing student case studies and monthly reports, providing sensitized training in technology for mainstream schools, maintaining device records, managing stock requirements, reporting to the Head of Department (HOD), and assisting in events.


Experience and Qualifications:


Graduation from any recognized college or university.

Diploma/Certificate in computer studies.

Prior experience in conducting training for persons with visual impairment or working in organizations in a similar field as Saksham will be an added advantage.

First preference will be given to individuals with 100% blind and low vision individuals.
