Job Description

Key Responsibilities


• Assist in the design and testing of survey instruments for impact evaluations of VOPA’s various initiatives.

• Oversee all aspects of field operations related to data collection activities.

• Develop data entry forms using relevant software and ensure timely completion of data entry tasks.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of all fieldwork and data entry procedures.

• Clean data files, contribute to data analysis, and assist in report writing as needed.

• Aid in maintaining organizational feedback mechanisms.

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to organizational initiatives.

• Assist in the development and upkeep of data management systems across departments.

• Provide assistance to other teams within the organization as needed during critical periods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any stream

• Some experience in doing field surveys is desirable

Skills

• MS Excel (non-negotiable), MS Word, MS PowerPoint

• Google Sheets, Google Forms, R

• Epi Info


Salary: 1.80 to 3 Lakhs per annum, subject to educational qualifications and work experience


Commitment expected : 2+ years

Office Location : Kothrud, Pune.
