Manage accounting work for all the Indian funded Projects in the guidance of Program officer/Coordinator
Make projections, budget vs expenditures sheets, budgets, and other documents
Coordinate with program team on financial utilization and keep them updated
Ensure all financial compliance for projects and AALI
Prepare all financial reports for all the projects in the guidance of Program officer/Coordinator
Support finance coordinator in making financial projection, salaries, finance plans
Ensure implementation of finance policy etc
Tally entry, accounts payable, accounts receivable, BRS preparation
Cash Book maintain, cash disbursement, cash withdrawal, cash box (indian and miscellaneous)
Prepare and manage budget vs expenses sheet of Indian Funds and circulate among team members
Checking bills submitted by vendors and branch offices
Prepare RTGS letter
Draft activity budget for trainings, workshops, etc and send for approval
Maintain checkbook register
Check invoices submitted by consultants, caseworkers, etc
Assist in drafting budget
Facilitate Audit work (Internal Audit and Statutory Audit)
Bank work (depositing cheques, updating passbook, follow up for payment disbursement, statement printing)
Vouchering (Journal, Payment, receipt, Contra)
