Are you passionate about environmental sustainability and making a positive impact on our planet? We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Filed Executive for an exciting project in Amravati, Yavatmal & Chandrapur.

SARATHI SANSTHA is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering rural communities through education, sustainable development, and livelihood enhancement programs. Based in Maharashtra, SARATHI focuses on improving the quality of life for marginalized groups, particularly tribal communities. The organization has been instrumental in executing initiatives related to health, education, and environmental sustainability. Through community mobilization and capacity-building efforts, SARATHI aims to create lasting social impact. Their mission is to foster self-reliance and development in underprivileged areas.

Role:

• Conducting surveys in the entire block of project districts.

• Surveying orchards planted during 2021-22 and 2022-23.

• Providing information on carbon credit benefits to farmers.

• Collecting essential data for our carbon credit program.

Qualifications:

• Any Graduate (Agriculture Diploma or Degree Preferable)

Contract Duration:

This appointment is for a period of six (6) months, with the possibility of extension based on your performance.

Performance Target:

• You will be responsible for the registration of 500 farmers per month in the project.

• Failure to meet this target will result in a proportional deduction in your monthly remuneration.

Compensation:

• Monthly remuneration: Rs. 10,000 (with deductions proportional to unmet targets).

• Travel expenses: Rs. 1,500 per month.

• Mobile recharge allowance: Rs. 300 per month.
