Job Description

Job Title: Administrative Manager


Location: Bangalore


Date of Joining: At the earliest


Reporting to: Director


Summary: The organization works for the upliftment of the poor and the disadvantaged communities across India by increasing their access to resources and skills in a sustainable manner. It is currently implementing projects supported in areas of education, income generation, sustainable energy and livelihood development. The organization is currently seeking to appoint an admin manager for its corporate office to manage its administrative operations.


Duties/Assignments:


The Admin Manager will:


Oversee all project activities and be the main contact point for the donor and the field staff

Ensure project activities comply with the policies and regulations of the donor organization.

Responsible for overseeing the development and execution of project deliverables, lead project planning, budgeting, action plans and monitoring processes.

Responsible for submitting activity reports, meeting minutes and financial reports on regular basis to the donor.

Oversee the preparation and submission of annual activity-based project budgets as well as monthly and quarterly financial reports and sending of new funding requests.

Lead and motivate the project team and monitor project activities and project expenditure and coordinate work with consultants and volunteers in the project

Assisting with fundraising activities, managing social media accounts and creating campaign materials

Proficiency in computer operation, navigating the internet, using email, understanding file management, and proficiently using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Google Drive, Docs, Drive, Forms, Gmail, Sheets, Spreadsheet, Outlook, mail merge, filters, folders, Operating systems/MacOS, & Microsoft Windows is a must
