Job Description

Major Roles and Responsibilities :

The Project Coordinator will be overall responsible for the implementation of all the activities in time bound manner and yielding outcomes envisaged in the Project guideline. Moreover, her/his responsibilities will include and not limiting to the followings:

1. She/He will ensure all the staff is recruited and inducted.

2. She/He will ensure the staff work in the Project as a team for achieving the common goal.

3. She/He will ensure that all reports including Project completion report are timely prepared and submitted to the desired recipients.

4. She/He will ensure that the Project is satisfactorily represented in all GP, Block, District, district and Donor level meetings.

5. She/He will ensure that the Project updates are shared with the Director on regular basis and as and when required.

6. She/He will ensure that all sorts of Project related documentation are made as per Project, organization and Donor's need.

7. She/He will ensure that all the IEC materials are produced as per Project need.


QUALIFICATION and EXPERIENCE :

1. The incumbent should be an MBA / Master in Agriculture / Master in Rural Development / Master in Social Work from a reputed university / Institution

2. At least 5 years experience in similar field.

3. Strong in writing and speaking in English and Bengali Languages.

4. Female candidates with required background are also encouraged to apply for the post.


Salary :

Compensation package is minimum 25000/- and may be further negotiable for the right candidate. Decent lodging and food arrangements are available against subsidized cost
