Field officer: No. Of Positions – 04

Salary: Upto Rs. 25,000/- pm

Educational Qualifications: Any Graduate.

Essential Qualifications:

Field Officer primary role is to create awareness on safe migration and case identification and case follow-up

Build rapport with the district/block level authorities and other local community-based organisations/groups and sensitize them about the role they play is safe migration

Regularly find cases from the field related to forced labour and inform the same to centre facilitator and district coordinator

Collect information of migrant workers who have complained via helpline/centre to support fact finding in worker protection cases

Work with the lawyer on cases with support from Centre Facilitator

Regularly inform the worker on the progress of the case

Weekly manage all the files and data related to the case and update

Share challenges and issues regularly with the district coordinator
