Reporting to the Programme Coordinator, the Facilitator will be responsible for formulating and implementing a program with alumna of the Umang Programme. The objective is to provide adolescents of government schools with agency to form their own decisions and help them realise their potential through a structured intervention.

Key Responsibilities

1. Engaging with parents guiding alumni about their carrier and education.

2. Formulate and implement plans for providing agency.

3. Visit the community for better knowledge of their surroundings.

4. Build capacity of the alumni girls and the community.

5. To documentation and report the observations, practices and case studies.

6. To maintain close contact with the community and understand their challenges and its impact on adolescents.

Location: Sawai Madhopur (Rajasthan)

Qualification, Experiences and Competencies

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed young person willing to work at the grassroots and ready to solve complex developmental problems.

Following skills and traits are expected from the personnel.

i. Educational Qualification Bachelors in Social Sciences or any other equivalent field.

ii Strong interpersonal and communication skills having ability to build relationships based on integrity mutual respect and trust.

iii Ability to respect the cultural values of the communities.

iv. Agility and Flexibility to adapt to different work conditions.

v. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

vi Willingness to explore and travel to the rural areas and places outside Sawal Madhopur, as and when required.

vii Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, and Social Media Platforms.

viii. Fluency in English and Hindi languages

Gross Salary-15-22k
