2. Program Details
FINANCIAL LITERACY PROGRAMME: India’s best chance at curbing poverty, is giving our women and their families the skills to manage their money better. With Parinaam’s financial literacy initiatives, Parinaam hopes to make every underprivileged family financially literate. The Diksha Financial Literacy Programme is designed to help women mobilise savings options, learn to manage their cash-flow and plan for their future. The Ujjivan partnership, helps us integrate a savings initiative where we help families open savings accounts and provide access to essential banking & financial services. Our pioneering work over the last 10 years has been recognised by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). We continue to forge partnerships to digitise and scale our programme.
3. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial Literacy Program:
1. Managing our various partners who will work on our financial literacy initiatives.
2. Reporting to ensure seamless integration of the Financial Inclusion and Literacy Program with the funders
3. Strategic Planning and Implementation of all financial literacy initiatives.
4. Creating the Annual Plan and Budget. Monitoring expenditure against budgetary targets and manage the operations cost effectively.
5. Setting up partnerships with other organisations to expand Parinaam’s financial literacy program.
6. Creating and updating an SOP for the program and ensure that they are being executed properly.
7. Working on the various curriculum for our Financial Literacy programs and constantly updating based on field realities.
8. Ensuring quality training for the trainers and execution of curriculum.
9. Field Supervisions to enhance the quality of programs. Provide feedback to the trainers at the right time.
Monitoring and Reviews:
1. Creating and building a robust Monitoring and Information System
2. Presenting weekly updates to Program Director and monthly updates to our stakeholders.
3. Ensure weekly & monthly review meetings with all departments, supervisors and stake holders.
4. Manage Impact assessment or external validation of the program.
5. Adhere to timelines on all reports and performance updates
6. Ensure goal setting, target and performance reviews
7. Ensure that the regional project teams are maintaining the highest standards of professional conduct, ethics, integrity, and control in execution of all their daily program implementation and planning

5. ROLE REQUIREMENTS
Desired Qualification- Post Graduate (MBA)
Desired Experience Minimum 3+ years of experience in the social development sector, content writing, and project management
