Job Description

Position: Programme Coordinator

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Design of training modules and their proper execution

* Regular field visits and extending support to the project staff.

* Timely reporting and fulfillment of other compliances of the project.

* Establishment of good rapport with Funding agencies

* Maintain close coordination with all stakeholders including Government Departments.

* Evaluate project progress with feedback, and implement necessary corrective actions.

* Identify and document best practices

* Communicate effectively with the external stakeholders about the programme

* Any other tasks as assigned

Qualification:

* Post Graduate in any discipline; or a Professional Degree; or Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Management/Social Sciences

* 60% and above throughout career

* Min 5 years experience in the social development sector, 2 years in projects related to Gender equality.

* Well-versed in Hindi and English, reading, writing, and speaking.

* Experience in working on and leading project

* Ability to communicate well in meetings and public forums

Tenure: Two-year employment contract renewable as per programme funding needed with a probationary period of six months
