The Project Co-ordinator - Health Skills is a position under the Health vertical whose main role is to Mobilize, Train, monitor and manage skill and livelihood projects under the health vertical.
The project co-ordinator will monitor and track the progress of training projects and troubleshoot any issues that may arise. Incumbent will also be the point of contact for the project and in charge of communicating regular updates to the team. The incumbent should ensure that all projects are completed on time and meet high quality standards.
This position involves induction of mobilised candidates, overseeing implementation of training programs including compliances, managing trainers & mobilisers, and establishing an effective and robust network with the various stakeholders.
He/ She will report to the Program head as per the geographical location
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensuring maximum numbers are mobilized for training
• Ensuring maximum conversion to employment from trained numbers
• Liaison with Private and Government Institutions for smoother implementation of projects
• Co-ordination & managing training & induction programs; enable partners to conduct a set of activities on daily/weekly/monthly basis
• Monitor day to day operations of various on-going training batches and ensure compliances including adherence to quality parameters
• Tracking trained students for 3 months after training and preparation of reports
• Preparation and compilation of data, reports and documents
• Maintain updated database and training records through mobilizers/trainers – Hard and soft copy with relevant annexure
• Analyze information/data to see future trends and suggest course correction, if any
• Ensure timely, accurate, and comprehensive reporting and compliance with the work plan.
• Coordinate with other staff to ensure timely receipt of reports from all stake holders (IP Partner, MIS, Mobilizer, etc.,) review and forward these to superiors
Knowledge:
• Working of skill ecosystem, skill value chain – mobilization, Govt. Skill Programs, NSDC, etc.
• Basic knowledge of health Industry.
• Project planning and defining roles & responsibilities
• Hands-on supervision of delivery based on pre-defined quality metrics
