Job Description

? Collection of secondary data from different states and union territories of India by using Right to Information (RTI) Act.

? Categorization and compiling of state/U.T wise correspondence related to the received information in RTI.

? Scanning of received RTI responses and save the supporting soft copies of the same.

? Compilation and tabulation of received information under RTI and produce it in final form of presentation.

? Responsibility of filing and follow-up of 1st and 2nd Appeals under RTI, wherever necessary.

? Regular meetings with survivors staying in Shelter Home for Survivors

? Meeting with survivors staying in Government Shelter Home for survivors at least once a month to help them in their legal and professional needs.

? Coordinate with organisations/individuals working on the issues of gender equality, right to choose (RTC) & natal family violence.

? Facilitation to aspiring survivor couple(s) in their process in the process of civil marriage.

? Preparation of reports & minutes.

? Assistance to seniors to organise meeting and seminars.

? Travel to other states/cities for meetings, hearings or other official requirements.

? Maintain expenditure details and coordinate with the accounts executive for finalisation of annual audit report.

? Any other essential task based on nature of work being done by DHANAK.
