Job Description

JOB PROFILE

The Training Facilitator will be responsible for delivering the Enriche curriculum in collaboration with other team members and external stakeholders. The Individual will be responsible for monitoring progress, documenting workflow and best practices. The Individual will also be responsible for creating workshop/ training reports. S/he will be responsible to work in close coordination with internal concerned sections and ground partners to conduct Enriche training at field locations.

The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgement in a variety of situations, with written and verbal communication, administrative, and organisational skills, workshop delivery skills and techniques. S/he will participate and contribute with ideas and feedback to strengthen the training program.


JOB RESPONSIBILITY

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:


Enriche Curriculum Implementation

? Translation of documents in local languages with support of local facilitators/volunteers;

? Plan and coordinate activities in collaboration with the team members;

? Conduct pre-post training assessment;

? Facilitate / deliver workshops in English, Hindi and in ‘no common language’ scenarios;

? Participate in designing training aids and material.

? Create workshop schedulers and regular updating

? Create training plans with coordination of other concerned sections.

? Represent Enriche in internal and external meetings.


Administrative

? Manage logistic needs for field implementation;

? Ensure required training infrastructure/ resources in place at field locations to conduct workshops;

? Work out a logistics of online support for the master trainer if needed, during training delivery;

? Support in stock management and maintaining fixed asset & inventory records.


Documentation and Reporting


? Keep updated records and collate data for preparing accurate reports;

? Detailed documentation and report writing related to the workshops, programmatic testing, resources, guides, interventions, and training;

? Monitor progress and assess learning outcomes.

? Community implementation

? Liaise with other sections and ground partners;

? Train local stakeholders on their roles around Enriche;

? Coordinate with other NGOs / CBOs for the field implementation of Enriche related activities;

? Ensure efficient implementation of community intervention through close monitoring, support to partners and establishing field challenge redressal systems.

? Coordinate and participate in inter-section activities.


SKILLS/ COMPETENCIES


? Excellent communication, interpersonal and listening skills

? Self-starter, ability to work independently and collaboratively

? Ability to multi-task and stay organized

? Understanding/experience of the realities, needs and well-being concerns of a rural audience

? Sound written and verbal presentation skills

? Understanding and experience in participatory, peer-to-peer facilitation methods

? Possess good understanding of workshop management techniques and methods.

? Demonstrate openness when engaging with stakeholders and team members

? Ability to research and utilize findings to enhance programmatic work

? Passion for learning, unlearning and engaging in various areas related to development sector


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Education:


Graduates in any discipline, preferably in social work

Experience:

? Work experience preferred specifically in facilitating workshops, fresher may also apply.

? Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), and Social Media platforms Women candidates are preferred.
