Job Description

Office/Location SAKTI SIKHA DEVELOPMENT SOCIETY (SDS)

Head Office, Baripada


Service Condition : Contractual (Renewal Annually)

Period of Service: No Limit


Essential Qualification:

MBA (Finance) with Tally Expert

Expert knowledge on MS Word, Excel, PPT, Email, Internet


Mandatory Experience:

Must have 3-4 years of experience in any NGO/Government/ Private sector organisation on Supporting/assisting Accounting, Admin & HR work and documentation


Mandatory Skills :

• Expert in Tally software;

• Expert knowledge on MS Word, Excel, PPT, Email, Internet;

• Knowledge on record/file keeping;

• Knowledge on Accounts/Finance;

• Working knowledge on MIS/data management;

• Skill in basic Odia typing and basic documents design is an added advantage;


Key Responsibility :

• Assist in financial, programme, admin and HR documentation of projects related work and maintenance of data sheet and MIS;

• Maintain projects related all files, records, registers;

• Support management of SDS offices, arrangement of logistic during day-to-day implementation support of projects;

• Collect data from field, data entry, data analysis and preparing presentation and reports;

• Check and reply mails, prepare letters and other communication;

• Any other task assigned by Management of SDS and Project Authority;


Nature of Work Weekly:

• 4 days in Office

• 2 days Field visit to project areas

• 1 day off


Monthly Salary:

Rs. 20,000/- consolidated + Rs. 1000/- TA
