• Coordinate with program manager and team members to ensure smooth execution of activities.
• Oversee the adoption of regenerative agricultural practices and discourage burning practices through targeted interventions.
2. Stakeholder Engagement:
• Build and maintain effective relationships with local government officials, agricultural agencies, farmers, and other relevant stakeholders based on PEST matrix.
• Organize meetings, workshops, and community events to raise awareness about the project objectives and encourage participation.
3. Training and Capacity Building:
• Develop and deliver training sessions on regenerative agricultural techniques, soil health management, water conservation, alternative waste disposal methods, and other relevant topics.
• Provide technical assistance and support to farmers and community members to help them transition to sustainable farming practices.
4. Monitoring and Evaluation:
• Monitor project activities and outcomes within the district(s), ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
• Collect data, prepare reports, and conduct regular evaluations to assess the impact of the project on agricultural practices and environmental sustainability.
5. Communication and Reporting:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for communication between project teams, stakeholders, and communities within the district(s).
• Prepare regular progress reports, documenting achievements, challenges, and lessons learned.
• Communicate project updates and success stories through various channels, including social media, newsletters, and press releases.
