• Center Operations Management: Supervise daily operations of the telemedicine center and ensure effective delivery of healthcare services to the community.
• Team leader: leading a team of 3-4 human resources and executing the day-to-day tasks and deliverables required.
• Community Mobilization: Build trust and engagement with the tribal community in the region and conduct outreach programs to raise awareness about DigiSwasthya services.
• Team Training & Capacity Building: Train and mentor the center staff to ensure high-quality service delivery and organize periodic workshops to enhance team skills and capacity.
• Partnership Development: Establish and maintain partnerships with local government authorities, and build linkages with private hospitals, NGOs, and other healthcare stakeholders.
• Reporting & Compliance: Maintain accurate records of center activities and patient data and ensure compliance with organizational policies and government regulations.
• Travel & Expansion Support: Travel to other geographies to support organizational goals.
