Job Description

- Responsible for need analysis for capacity building workshops of

intervention groups

- Draw insights and provide inputs on Workshop Curriculum for

intervention groups

- Catalyse and ensure on-time delivery of curriculum to Operation teams

- Drive impact assessment and evaluation in tandem with data capturing

People Development

- Steer resource planning, recruitments, induction and capacity building

sessions to enable the team for increased efficacy

- Stimulate goal setting, timely reviews and appraisals

- Demonstrate motivational and conflict management practices to boost

the moral

Stakeholder Management

& Public Relations

- Network and liaise with Government and Corporate Partners

- Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders and keep them

in-sync with key interventi

Eligibility Criteria

Experience: 10- 18 years of progressive experience in Development/ Corporate Sector with experience of leading a large scale project from scratch. Working experience in Community Immergence/Development/empowerment, Tribal Education/Helath/development, Naxal Affected area/village development. Education: Post-graduate/Graduate in preferably Rural Management/ Social Work/ Development Studies/Education/ Social Sciences (Anyone with relevant knowledge and experience is highly encouraged to apply irrespective of his/her educational background)
