Job Description

• Develop and share updates of projecct through blogposts, articles on saathii_all, and event reports highlighting achievements
• Develop project report based on synthesis and analysis of quantitative data and updates from all sites. 
• Maintain, update and share database of state-specific and national Social Protection schemes and services, the relevant Government Orders, including those that are part of the Common Minimum Package for each state.
• Develop professional skills in technical writing, web-content uploading, and share existing skills with team
• Participate, document and contribute to planning and review meetings
• Support project in field visits to building skills and knowledge of field teams and partner staff, developing case studies based on field observations and interactions, and operations research as needed

Eligibility Criteria

• Master’s degree in the social or natural sciences with 2-5 years of relevant experience

Desired Candidate Profile

Post Graduation - Post Graduate-Other

• Demonstrated knowledge base, documentation and messaging skills in relation to health and development, particularly vis-à-vis HIV/AIDS, gender, sexuality, human rights, and reproductive health issues.
• Knowledge and experience of working with district administrators, elected representatives and local authorities from Departments such as Rural Development, Panchayati Raj, Social Justice and Empowerment, Women and Child Development, and Health highly desirable.
• Sound computer skills (including use of Internet and Microsoft Office software).
• Knowledge of qualitative research (protocol develop, data collection, analysis, interpretation) and software
• Has previously developed knowledge products (papers, reports, process documents) and/or IEC materials that have been disseminated and used
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision, and as a team player in
