Job Description

• Conduct Monitoring and Evaluation activities of project at SAATHII and its SSR partners
• Contribute to the implementation of effective monitoring, review and evaluation strategies and activities for programmes against agreed project deliverables
• Compilation of project data at State level
• Handholding and capacity building of SSR partners in Monitoring and Evaluation activities.
• Work with other members of the project team specially the M&EOs to liaise with SSRs in preparing and submitting programme and other reports on a timely basis, as required, for internal and external use.
• Provide timely feedback on Monthly Progress Reports and Quarterly Progress Reports and other documents relating to programmes and partner NGOs/DLNs
• Maintain up to date accurate records on all programme activities.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Post-Graduation or higher qualification in social science, social work, statistics or psychology or any relevant discipline 2. At least three years of experience in Monitoring and Evaluation in the social development / health sector.

- Experience of working in HIV prevention, care, support and treatment programmes, and experience in working with vulnerable populations is desirable
- Strong data analytical skills.
- Excellent analytical, writing and verbal communication skills.
- Strong commitment to HIV/AIDS and sexual and reproductive health and rights.
- Good command over English, regional language and Hindi language (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in computer usage (including Microsoft Office software and internet) with special emphasis on MS excel
- Ability to work independently and as a team player in a complex, multicultural environment, with demonstrated leadership, communication, networking and presentation capabilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively within West Bengal as well as different places within India.
