Support in implementation of the fundraising strategy for Direct Marketing and Telemarketing

Achieve agreed income

Support, implement and embed procedures and systems to ensure a cohesive and planned approach to fundraising activities.

In coordination with the Manager implement and monitor new growth potentials by introducing new fundraising channels, up scaling existing activities and introducing innovative activities for fundraising.

Profile of the candidate

Fundraising experience with demonstrable track record

Excellent knowledge of English and Hindi both verbal and written

Ability to recruit, train, lead and motivate the team of fundraiser

Result driven

Motivator and team builder and enable individuals to reach potential

Demonstrable problem-solving and analytical ability on complex problems

Understanding of different fundraising channels like Face 2 Face, Telemarketing, Telefacing, etc

Experience in the NGO sector is a must

Highly performance oriented/ target oriented

Excellent team player innovative, aggressive & persistent

Convert Potential donors to Donors and subsequently handle donor queries
