STRATEGY
Develop, plan and implement a strategy to grow CAF India’s Employee Giving Programme (EGP) by bringing in more quality and depth.
Develop strategy for CAF’s EGP portfolio including client servicing, communications to market and strengthen EGP and other engaging activities like events, campaigns, appeals, volunteering etc. with existing clients.
Undertake research on individual giving, and use findings to promote new ideas, concepts and generate business opportunities for CAF.
GROWTH AVENUES
Help grow and strengthen CAF India’s brand and reputation in the space of individual philanthropy, demonstrating how we add value to our existing clients.
Ensure growth in existing EGP clients through innovative retention and growth initiatives.
Work closely with other units of CAF India, particularly the business development team to ensure that CAF India’s EGP program is represented and positioned appropriately in the market.
Provide input to develop strategic marketing campaigns and business development support as well as market research requirements.
Provide input to business development team for potential partnerships to open up new channels to market EGP
Monitor and respond to local and global competitors.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Provide technical support to Business Development and CSR Advisory teams to promote EGP program to companies and grant makers and secure new EGP business
Work with the Business Development and CSR Advisory team to develop EGP proposals and presentations to grow GAYE.
Identify opportunities for bespoke giving campaigns for existing as well as potential client.
Work closely with clients to plan and implement employee engagement campaigns.
Provide support and inputs for concept papers and proposals to potential clients.
MANAGEMENT AND CLIENT SERVICING
Responsible for overall operational and programme management of the CAF India EGP portfolio.
Establish, manage and develop relationships with clients, individual donors.
Contribute to and strengthen Donor Servicing interventions, for all donors, at CAF India effectively.
Develop and manage donor relationships and retention and continually improve the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of Client Servicing across different client/donors portfolios.
Regular programme updates to the clients.
Provide inputs and support for client project reports, review presentations.
Coordinate with Non-profit partners to ensure seamless management of the EGP programme.
Provide programmatic support to the EGP Online Giving platform (OGP).
Provide inputs for OGP product development and innovation.
Actively gather and evaluate client feedback for OGP development requirements and priorities.
Organize donor events/meet, campaigns and other fund-raising events.
Perform other related task as may be assigned by line manager.
MBA or Master’s degree in relevant stream: development management, entrepreneurship, social work, sustainability management from reputed institutes. Must have 8-10 years of experience in development sector managing programme. Candidates with good understanding of CSR and an experience of managing corporate CSR funded projects will be preferred. Experience in individual giving domain will be an added advantage. Experience in working in Corporate Foundation and in CSR projects will be preferred. Fluent in verbal and written communication (both English & Hindi).
