A. Strategy Provide strategic direction and growth to Humanitarian Response portfolio of CAF India, Develop & manage Humanitarian Response Fund Obtain Membership and Collaborations on Disaster response, resilience, DRR, Capacity building etc. Develop a network of CAF supported Humanitarian Response NGOs. Devise strategy to position CAF India as the go to organization in the humanitarian response space. Develop innovative funding strategies. B. Management Under direct supervision of Head of MarComm, ensure promotion of Corpus fund within CAF India for emergency response or disaster management through close coordination with business development department. Institute systems and processes to ensure mobilization of corpus fund and effectively monitoring of transactions. Manage the corpus fund during emergencies for relief operations through mobilizing matching grants from corporates, HNIs, foundations etc. Manage grant-giving services, to be responsible for consultancy fees, invoicing and payments for services Design appeals and campaigns during and after disasters to raise funds. Design communication collaterals and source stories from the ground to communication program impact. Manage humanitarian response section on the technology platform. Deploy innovative marketing & communication measures for client acquisition and retention. C. Management and Client Servicing Develop close working relationships with various Government, corporate and International organizations pre-and post-disasters scenario. Responsible for efficient and effective donor Servicing of CAF India Donor. Develop and manage donor relationships and donor retention and working closely with other units of CAF, particularly with the program, BD, Advisory, communications to ensure timely appeals are circulated to corporate. Representation of CAF in various forums especially among Government, International organization, corporate etc., to ensure necessary support and services to CAF. Any other activities as requested by the line manager.
