Manage and build India Cares work and team in eastern India. The responsibilities fall under:
Governance & Management responsibilities
1. Monthly report to the Chief Executive
2. Maintain compliances relevant for the region
3. Plan programmes and budgets for the region
4. Maintain team harmony; guide team members
Programme Development
1. Increase CSO Income through India Cares events – Tata Steel Kolkata 25K
2. Other Events/ initiatives that we would work on together to plan and implement
3. Promoting accountability of CSOs
4. Ensuring utilization reports are available and consolidated data is made available
5. Promoting India Cares ideology
6. Promoting the CSO/ NGO Community to the Public including Companies
Requirements 1. At least 3-5 years of in the areas of marketing/ management/ corporate relations/ fundraising; and ideally having experience of working with the NGO community 2. Graduation in any one discipline, with good oral and written communication skills 3. Able to work in a small team 4. Willingness to travel around the city; and on occasions, outside
