Job Description

- Responsible for day to day start-up support activities including scouting, on-boarding (physical & virtual) of start-ups / incubatees

- Periodic Performance review of incubatees

- Coaching support to start-ups

- Building a pool of mentors, experts etc… & assigning to start-ups as per the need

- Preparing reports, MIS 

- Planning and organizing events, workshops etc….

- Managing & developing relationship with different stakeholders viz. Entrepreneurs, Corporate, Academic Institutions, Govt. etc...

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate / Post-Graduate in management - Total 3-4 years of work experience with at least one-year experience with start-up eco-system - Passionate about Grassroot innovations & supporting start-ups - Ability to independently lead and execute projects - Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills

Desired Candidate Profile

Post Graduation - MBA/PGDM
