Job Description

A leading NGO working in child protection in multiple states is seeking to hire a Finance Coordinator  to be based at Gandhinagar, Gujarat. The organization works closely with orphanages and child care centers as part of the program mandate. Candidates with 5 + years experience in accounting roles including working in Tally ERP 9 and Quick Book and with experience in NGOs will be suitable.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing accounts including payable and receivables of respective vendors/ consultants on real time basis and assisting to manage their contracts and agreements.

Preparing MIS reports on periodical basis as per the requirement of the management.

Maintain the inventory of all fixed assets

Assist in funds management, monitoring cash flows & work on budgetary controls process.

Conduct banking activities of the Organization

Ensure procurement of goods/items as per the organisational policies.

Handling petty cash and cash book & update in Quick book or tally on regular basis.

Assisting in administration aspects in the office.

 Knowledge  and experience of working in accounting softwares such as Tally ERP and Quick Book.

Good knowledge of MS word, Excel and internet.
