The Learning & Communications Associate will play a strategic role in translating knowledge from IFMR LEAD’s project portfolio into learning outputs, and ensuring that the organisation’s work is communicated in a powerful, engaging and consistent manner. The Associate will be supervised by the Learning Lead, and will work in close coordination with senior staff.
Work closely with the Learning Lead to develop and execute the organisational learning agenda and editorial calendar
Execute the organisation’s communication strategy, including digital communications strategy for web and social media channels. Regularly review, draft and update content on the website, and develop innovative campaign ideas to increase traffic and engagement
Create and distribute emails, including newsletters, through third-party email software.
Conceptualize and produce unique online content (eg. videos, infographics, photos) that engages different audience segments and build assets such as photos.
Draft content for internal and external correspondence such as marketing collaterals. Work with project teams and other verticals to conceptualize, draft and develop new content or revise existing content such as thought pieces, articles, briefs and case studies, pitch decks, flyers etc.
Coordinate with vendors for copyediting, design of collaterals and publications.
Coordinate and execute stakeholder events such as conferences, workshops, round tables etc.) including site coordination, collateral development, and speaker coordination and related activities, under the supervision of the Learning Lead and Executive Director.

Desired Candidate Profile
Graduation - BBA
1. Fluency with MS Office, social media management, and digital platforms such as Mailchimp, Wordpress, and Canva.
2. Exceptional communication skills with a strong flair to write for a variety of audiences.
3. Self-motivated, entrepreneurial and dynamic with ability to work creatively with minimal resources, and under limited supervision.
4. Ability to meet multiple deadlines and balance competing priorities.
