Leap’s looking for a dynamic HR Manager to drive Leap’s talent acquisition strategy and catalyze it’s progress.

Responsibilities:

Building strong communications channels

Creating and implementing processes proactively to ensure quick and effective resolution of employee issues

Strategizing with senior management on organization’s culture and policies.

Ensuring a smooth on-boarding for all new employees

Introducing innovative techniques and best practices for sourcing and talent management within the organization

Cultivating a growth-mindset in all employees and building a collaborative work environment through various engagement activities

Desired Candidate Profile

Others - Others

Good communication and negotiation skills

In-depth knowledge of HR trends, best practices and regulatory issues

Systems-oriented outlook to identify, evaluate and resolve issues by driving appropriate solutions

Ability, curiosity, and willingness to learn from experiences and failures to adapt and adopt new ways of being and thinking

Sense of ownership and alignment with Leap's vision

Outcome-driven mind-set to ensure timely and effective decision making

Ability to manage diverse stakeholder

Prior experience in freelancer hiring (preferred)
