Your Responsibilities:
Identify corporates, business firm and organisations for potential placement and internship of young women
Supervise the Mentorship Program by identifying mentors and mentees to make the latter job ready
Manage and organise meetings and events for the Akshara Alumni
Document stories of change, write reports and create workshop modules for young women
Liaison with young women and professional skill building courses to enhance their skills
Skills and Qualifications Needed: We are looking for a young woman who is interested in interacting with under privileged young women and to see them grow, be socially conscious and productive. • Graduate preferably with 2 years of experience with working with youth and corporates • Excellent communication: Fluency in English and Hindi/Marathi is mandatory • Computer Skills, Internet and Social Media savvy • Flexible to occasionally work on holidays • Experience in taking trainings and workshops
