Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

1.  The incumbent will assist in driving talent search for TSP’s clients.

2. Will be responsible for research, making cold calls and generating suitable and interested candidate leads for mandates executed by the team.

3. Validating data. Researching names of organization and profiles.

4. Do a preliminary assessment of candidate CVs. Setting up appointments and meetings. Supporting in overall activities of execution of search.

5. Assist the team on day-to-day basis to maintain and update databases related to ongoing searches.

6. Proactive research on advertised vacancies that will help in candidate development. Work on Social Media. Regularly update job profiles on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.

7. Join forums and be on a lookout of right blogs which can help create a buzz about the mandates.

Eligibility Criteria

Freshers with no experience are welcome. Experience in Human 1. 1. 1. Resource management and recruitment would be an added advantage. 2. Experience of sales/tele marketing is also an advantage.

Computer skills, including internet navigation, understanding of social media – LinkedIn and various MS office applications. Should be active on social networking sites like facebook, LinkedIn, e-groups, twitter etc.

2. Have a high level of energy and a commitment to excellence as it relates to all of the functional areas under his/her direction and control.
