ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 CEO’s tour planning, agenda setting, appointments seeking and ensuring logistics – which include, accommodation arrangements, liaison with travel agents etc.

 Legal Compliance, including creating tools and putting in place systems that will ensure

 Adherence to funder reporting requirements and time lines

 Adherence to legal compliance – particularly those related to FCRA organizations

 Creating templates for contracts for external services procurement – keeping in mind, past contracts, learning from past contractual experiences and ensuring that contracts are legally enforceable.

 Fund Raising:

 Research on potential funders

 Helping in drafting proposals

 Creating of proposal templates in readiness

 Banking and Financial Compliances:

 Ensuring banking and financial compliances are adhered to.

 Correspondence with external Audience:

 Monitoring and tracking CEO’s mails, including flagging important mails

 Tracking mails sent to the general enquiry mail id of VF

 General Research:

 Assisting the CEO in making presentations for workshops

Eligibility Criteria

1. Any Bachelors / Master’s Degree from reputed university. 2. Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative operations, interpersonal skills set and client handling and accounts.
