Summary

Implemented Disaster Rehabilitation in Gujarat for construction of Semipermanent and permanent houses in large scale. Developed alternative building material using sustainable technologies and raw material, provided design and legal assistance and helped most vulnerable communities affected by earthquake 2001 in the district. Nearly 15000 families were assisted in shelter construction process. Worked in Tsunami Rehabilitation activities for implementation, monitoring and technical consultation for housing and shelter on east cost of Tamil Nadu.
