Summary

Aikarthya, a non-profit that hopes to promote educational equality & youth leadership by working at low-income schools across the city along with youth by encouraging activism and volunteerism in them. By providing schools with well-trained staff, educational programs for the children. And by providing youth with volunteering opportunities, scopes to develop, grow & learn through leadership training etc. Currently, Aikarthya runs on its mission by way of two community initiatives namely – 1.School Transformational Fellowship (STF) - STF provides skilled motivated youth to work at our partner schools (grades 1st to 5th) for a period of 2 years improving the student outcome and teacher standards at the school. 2.#NobagSaturdays is a project to improve basic skills (literacy & numeracy Skills) in school children from grades 5th to 8th in low-income schools in the city of Hyderabad.
