Summary

Sshrishti is a highly credible and transparent NGO that has received considerable recognition for its work in the domains of education, women’s empowerment, and digital literacy having received multiple accreditations and has been accredited by Charities Aid Foundation, Credibility Alliance, Global Giving and Guidestar India. In 2009, Sshrishti was recognized as the Best NGO in North India (small category) by the Rockefeller Foundation and the Resource Alliance. We were also featured amongst the top four finalists at the India NGO Awards facilitated by the EdelGive Foundation and the Rockefeller Foundation. Begun in 2003, Sshrishti currently operates eight learning centres in Delhi NCR, and three in Uttarakhand for early years learning and remedial education, that provide for almost 1800 underprivileged children daily, providing them quality education and nutrition, as well as supplementary educational facilities.
