Summary

Lung Care Foundation (LCF) www.lcf.org.in, is a social impact trust working towards “Care & Cure of 2.6 Billion Lungs in India” by developing programs for improving lung health services and advocating for clean air. Since inception, LCF has addressed reached over 5 million individuals through videos, webinars and awareness programs and has created a strong and active network of over 2500+ student volunteers and a pan-India network of 200,000 Doctors. LCF’s initiative on Asthma Management in schools has been supported by the Central Government for implementation across 100,000+ schools. LCF also holds a Guinness World Record for the Largest Human Image of an Organ (Lungs). The initiatives of LCF have been presented at various prestigious platforms, including the United Nations Head Quarters, and World Health Organization headquarters. LCF efforts have also been appreciated by the President of India, the Prime Minister of India and many senior UN Dignitaries.

    Guinness World Records

    Lung Care Foundation brought together more than 5000 children from 35 schools of Delhi NCR to form the Largest Image of an Organ (Lungs) and in the process raise awareness on the health impacts of air pollution.
