Summary

Rugna Seva Prakalp, Miraj, was started his work in 1988 and registered as Charitable Trust and Society in 1991. (Reg. No Mah / 2996/sangli date 4th May 1991, and F / 2889/sangli date 16th July 1991) In first stage we are conducting small occasional programmes like Health Camps, Health Awareness Lectures, Blood Group Directory Service, Blood Donation Camps, Medical Appliances Aid Centre etc. We have started Ambulance service for poor in 1992 on no loss-no-profit basis. We have conducted State Level Convention at Miraj in collaboration with LSPSS Coimbatore on “Promotion of Local Health Traditional ” in 1993. Dr. G. G. Gangadharan and Dr. Darshan Shankar founder of ADS Karjat attended the same. We are involved in Earthquake relief work in 1993 that hit Marathawada Region of Maharashtra. Our Ambulance and team of devoted worker worked in the area for one month. We also collected cloths, grain, and other required material and supplied to the authority of the area.
