Summary

After its inception in 2012, BRM is primarily engaged in the areas of skill development and training, development of models and teaching methodologies to strengthen the non-formal education sector, services dissemination across urban, semi urban and rural, all of which are aimed at achieving an objective of addressing the skill gaps pertinent to the emerging needs of a rapidly growing economy. We are serving various central and state govt. agencies/departments/ministries for execution of skill development and vocational training projects to help unemployed youth in creating livelihood for themselves and families. BRM strongly believe that holistic development of human resources would be only permanent solution for the nation’s overall development. This approach assumes tasks of empowering the youth force in several interrelated aspects such as technical skills, business promotion skills, soft skills, value development, awareness on better health etc.
