Summary

Sahayini Social Development Society is a non-profit, non-governmental organization which was started in the year 2012. Sahayini is an official social development wing of the Daughters of Mary Help of Christians (FMA) known as Salesian Sisters of Don Bosco, Province of Mumbai, fulfilling all the statutory requirements of the State. It provides development programmes and welfare services to the poorest and needy children, adolescent girls and women through 17 outreach centres established in various locations in the States of Goa, Gujarat, Karnataka and Maharashtra, touching their lives through integral development and educative interventions. Our approach towards life and service is based on the values of love, justice, solidarity, gender equality, living by the principles of professionalism in work, transparency, accountability, creativity, promoting partnership, team work and team spirit.
