Summary

Year: 1993. Berhampore resident Dipti Majumdar created Suprava as a Women’s Co-operative. Back in time, it was one of the only two social organizations in the area under Ramkrishna Mission, Sargachi. Suprava had partnered with WEBEL in the first place to conduct an income generation programme. Besides, we also did some minor livelihood programmes.Meanwhile, our current leader Mrs. Soma Bhowmick was pursuing her studies in Social Work.
