Summary

The Reviving Green Revolution (RGR) Cell, Ludhiana is an associate organization of the Tata Trusts. The RGR Cell focuses on improving agricultural productivity and profitability for small and marginal farmers in Punjab and Tamil Nadu. In Tamil Nadu, RGR Cell in partnership with TNAU, Coimbatore have worked across multiple crops (Cotton, Maize, Pulses and Onion) and agri-value chains to find solutions to revive falling agricultural productivity through sustainable practices. Currently, the Cell has over 3 lakh plus direct beneficiaries in both States.
