Summary

The Meri Awaz Trust was established to promote Indian culture through all forms of creative expression, increase the accessibility of the public to the arts, and enhance India’s cultural heritage locally and abroad. MAT is the cultural advisor agency and works on Cultural Policy and Strategies for the Arts. MAT administers the Meri Awaz TrustFund(MAT Fund), which provides a stimulus for investment in local artists and their work. The MAT contributes towards the strengthening of artistic practice and cultural development both at local and national level.
