he year 2002 under the Indian Trust Act with a mission to ensure livelihood security and improve the quality of life of rural poor. It envisions being a professional organization of excellence while pursuing market-led and technology interventions, primarily through community-based institutions. Its approach is to work directly with the community, local NGOs, and Panchayati Raj Institutions and building their capability to sustain interventions. Building up a pool of community cadres occupies the central focus of our approach. We have built a team of 400 local youth as community service providers. With a mission to improve the quality of life of the people living in a backward area, we are currently operational in Odisha and Chhattisgarh. It has its headquarter in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. As of now, we have impacted 1, 97,313 households spread across 101 blocks of 18 districts in Odisha and Chhattisgarh with a team of 126 employees.
