Our theory of change is simple; empowering women transforms communities. We believe that when women have equal rights, opportunities and support systems, their families and communities prosper. empowHER India envisions an equitable society where women are empowered to realize their full potential and become agents of transformation for themselves and their communities. We began this journey in the villages of Panvel over two decades ago by bringing knowledge and resources. With these tools in hand, the women we worked with brought the vision of empowHER India to life.
