Summary

Samarpan is a leading NGO working on the issues of Child Rights, Child Protection, Social Entitlements, Health & Nutrition, Livelihood, Education and Women empowerment for 18 years in Jharkhand & UP. Apart from various districts of Jharkhand, this organization is also working in Chandauli district of Uttar Pradesh. Currently, work is being done to improve basic health care in 5 villages of Chandauli district (UP). We aim to improve the availability and accessibility of quality health care to people, especially those living in rural areas. For this, a group of 25 members each has been already formed in all the villages. Between which the BCC session is to be organized on Menstrual Hygiene and Management, Nutrition, Anaemia, Gender, Cervical Cancer, RTI & STI and life skill etc in all 5 villages. Also, the module has been prepared.
