Summary

Health Education and rural Development social welfare society (HEARD INDIA)is national level registered organization in society registration act 1860. Organization has rich working experience in different pockets of the Punjab and many state has strong networking with all relevant stakeholders to be involved with communities. Organization has good linkages with the ITIs, Collages, Training Institutes, Industries and CBOs, Federations, NGOs and administrative heads of various departments, which will facilitate us to roll out any development program in Punjab. Menstrual hygiene is far from satisfactory among a large proportion of Indian women. To overcome the barriers for using sanitary napkins among slums & rural women in Punjab. As the program is in nascent stage of implementation the factors influencing it need to be evaluated. Therefore, this study aimed to analyse the stakeholder's perspectives and factors influencing this project.
